fully equipped workshop specialises in bodywork and refurbishment
for all types of commercial vehicles, including rigid bodies, trailers, curtain sided
vehicles and fridge
bodies, etc.
We are specialists in commercial vehicle bodybuilding and
commercial vehicle refurbishment, with the ability to design and build a wide range of
vehicle bodies exactly to customer specification.
A comprehensive fabricating and welding service is
available. This includes
a 4m guillotine capable of cutting steel sheets up to 13mm thick, and a 3m brake press for
folding steel and aluminium sections. Mig, tig, and arc welding facilities are also on
site together with a mill for wood preparation.
Standard and specialised vehicles are built to customers specification.
This is a curtain sider made from aluminium and galvanised steel to
eliminate potential corrosion problems
due to the nature of the load - large quantities of salt.
In addition our full
accident repair service is approved by leading Insurance Companies for the repair
of trailers, rigids etc. |
