Shotblasting
can now be carried out in our “state of the art”
21m x 5m x 5m Blastroom.
It
accommodates any small component to the very largest of commercial
vehicles, for a sound preparation where the items require a
high performance coating.
The
cleaning medium used is fully recyclable, the system collects,
cleans and regrades all used abrasive achieving a perfect surface
every time on which to apply a paint finish.
The
unit completes with all of the latest EPA and environmental
legislation. This significant investment was made to enable
us to give our customers an even faster and efficient turnaround,
through a unique “environmentally friendly” process.
High efficiency dust
collectors to capture all the debris thrown up during the blasting
operation making certain that environmental concerns have been
thoroughly dealt with.
In short, we have
made an investment which will retain our preeminence in the
commercial vehicle re-finishing industry, by giving existing
customers even better finishes but also attracting new clients
who need top quality surface preparation techniques on their
components.
